All beds are new and of a high quality and appear very comfortable with good quality covers, bedding and linen supplied.
Presentation of the beds is very impressive and the two ground floor rooms are of the same standard.

Lighting and heating arrangements are good. Flooring is a mixture of wood, rugs and one room is wall to wall carpeted.
Window dressings as bed presentation is excellent and really enhance the rooms. The ground floor rooms have curtains that coordinate with the beds.
A mixture of modern style and antique furniture provide sufficient clothes storage and dressing table facilities. The standard double up stairs has a wardrobe facility.
