The lounge appears comfortable and presents well, with a mixture of wooden and rug flooring, excellent curtains and very good furnishings all well maintained and in very good condition.

Easy seating appears comfortable. Dining arrangements are situated in a conservatory off the lounge and quality standards are good, seating arrangements for more than 4 if reorganised and the blinds finish off the room.

Lighting levels throughout the public areas are good and heating is efficient and supplied with a central system and a fire in the lounge. A colour television with remote control plus a video are of a good standard. A portable stereo with some CD's is also well featured
